When thinking about the project we wanted to create a unique location for living and recreation which would combine harmony, environmental friendliness, and urbanism.
We succeeded!

In the complex we have envisaged three variants of houses with white facades and textured wooden inserts in it. Each house meets different requirements and needs, whether it’s a large family wanting to watch a movie together, a group of friends gathering for a barbecue, or a young couple wanting to spend the night watching the stars from the roof of the house.

The homes are located in the heart of historic Georgia, surrounded by mountainous landscape and famous Bazaleti Lake. Just half an hour drive and you are already in colorful Tbilisi, where you can stroll through shopping malls and amusement parks.
